  1. Hey, i use your patch, luv it. Playing England on small map, small continents, with patch (138.10) and finally gotten navigation before anyone else. Difficulty king. Then suddenly someone wins the game by getting culture victory, pretty early. I check the usual weird stuff and see that one gent in the game seems to have spended a crazy amount of gold to the city states, all 12 of them. Something weird going on? I have a pic below. Keep continue the excellent work! Apply for a job at Firaxis!

    • That citystate is protected by Greece. Polynesia probably got into a bidding war with Greece over those citystates. Polynesia is set up to pursue a cultural victory, and citystates are very good for that.
