Civ V: Communitas 
I’m not sure, but I think there may be a problem with how Gold is calculated. I have a game going where the gold indicator shows I’m making over 200 gold per turn. However, my treasury is at zero because the game also seems to think I’m spending more than I’m making. Please let me know if this is a glitch, or if it’s just a problem with my game.

I have the same problem, since two weeks or so the VEM decreases my amount of gold down to zero – no matter how much i make on the plus side. This problem does not occur when i switch off VEM.
